|Recommended: YesLove It Here — Everything was brand new when we moved in. Good appliances. They take excellent care of the grounds. When we did have a maintenance issue, they responded in a timely fashion and were very polite. Office staff are so nice

|Recommended: YesVery Happy To Move In, The Village — VERY HAPPY with the LEASING MANAGER HER TEAM The Village Carrollwood, Salix Court Office They went above and beyond to organizing, making an easy as possible lease agreement, and payment set up signing, welcoming myself and Son to the new place. Thanks Ladies Sooo much appreciated and felling blessed with this team My move in was easy while maintenance still working diligently, polite- respectful, and hard working for my as soon as possible move in Place looked great and so pleased, thanks Again. Don't stop the great customer service Grounds landscape team are on top of there, walking around and policing up neighborhood, trash and taking notes on upkeep tasks to address, out in the heat and still polite and busy, hard working, grass and parking lot s look great, maintained quite well. Thanks everyone and I notice your hard work Hope you get company recognition you deserve also God Bless and Great job I enjoy this neighborhood, good move on my part, highly recommended

|Recommended: YesProfessional, Cozy, Quiet And Convenient — If someone were to ask me what it's like living at Carrollwood, I would tell them that its quiet. The staff is professional and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. The property is cozy and convenient. Its located near everything you could possibly need gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The units are spacious, updated and well kept. I love living here.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — Overall this is a great community. The local elementary school is wonderful, I have awesome neighbors, parking is good and I adore my town home. I plan to stay until I buy a home. The only thing that's missing would be either a playground for the kids or a pool. -

|Recommended: YesLove It Here — I've only lived here a few months but I truly love my place. The property manager is incredibly helpful and maintenance requests are taken care of super quick. There is plenty of space for me and my 3 kids and all of our stuff. Having my own washer and dryer and a dishwasher that works is seriously the best.
